This photo is dated by reference to the earlier post showing the  Pehr and Hanna Swenson family. Since the same background is used, they were probably taken on the same day.

Our "unknown"  ladies in this picture also occur in other pictures in the set. For instance look at the earlier picture of Swedish American settlers to find several of these ladies at an earlier date.
